About Walking Calories Calculator

We built this website for one simple reason: to help you see what your daily walk is worth. No sign up, no payment and no confusing words. Just add your numbers and get a clear answer in a few seconds.

Who We Are

Walking Calories Calculator is a free website with simple walking tools. It is created and managed by Karan Rajput KK, a blogger and web developer who builds easy online tools for daily use.

Many people walk every day, but they do not know how much it helps their body. Some websites give only one number and some use hard words that nobody understands. We wanted to fix that, so we made one place where you can check calories, steps, distance, weight loss and more.

What You Can Do on This Website

The homepage has 7 tools. All of them are free, and all of them work on your phone, tablet and computer.

Our Goal

Our goal is simple. We want every person to understand their walk in easy words. You do not need to be an athlete or a math expert. If you can type your weight and your walking time, you can use this website.

How Our Calculators Work

We do not use secret numbers. Every tool uses a well-known method that you can check yourself:

  • Walking calories: MET × weight in kg × time in hours. MET values come from the Compendium of Physical Activities.
  • BMR: the Mifflin-St Jeor formula, which is widely used for daily calorie needs.
  • TDEE: your BMR multiplied by an activity number.
  • Treadmill incline: the ACSM walking equation, which fits walking speeds from 2 to 4 mph.
  • Weight loss: about 3,500 calories for one pound (7,700 for one kilogram) of body fat. This is a rough rule, but it is a common one.

All the math runs inside your own browser. When you press Calculate, your numbers are not sent to our server.

Why People Like Using It

  • Free: no sign up, no email and no payment.
  • Simple: short words and clear steps in every tool.
  • Fast: you get your result in one click.
  • Clear graphs: you can see your numbers, not only read them.

  • Both unit types: switch between cm/kg and ft/lbs at any time.
  • Dark and light mode: use the button in the top menu.
